Refund policy
Free U.S. Ground Shipping
- Free standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders—no minimum required.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of purchase.
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. We’ll even try not to stare longingly at it as it leaves the warehouse.
Delivery Time Frame
- Most standard ground shipments reach you in 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Return & Exchange Window
- You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase, as long as it’s in new, unwashed, unworn condition with original tags. Basically, try it on—not try it out for 18 holes.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Head to our Returns Portal, enter your order number & email, select items, and tell us why. A return shipping label will be provided.
- Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier.
- If, after inspection, the returned item does not meet our unworn and original condition requirements, no refund will be issued. Instead, store credit will be provided.
Refund & Processing Time
- Once we receive your return, it’s inspected and processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3 business days for your bank to do its thing.
- For exchanges, once we confirm your return, we’ll ship the replacement and notify you with updated tracking.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- After confirming the issue, we’ll cover return shipping and replace the item or refund you.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not ship internationally. But stay tuned—global dog lovers and golfers, we’re coming for you soon.
